Your skills matter

America needs builders, not just resumes.

This country cannot run on ideas alone. It needs electricians, welders, HVAC techs, pipefitters, fiber techs, mechanics, controls specialists, foremen, and field leaders who can turn plans into working systems.

When you enter the skilled trades, you are not just finding work. You are helping build the infrastructure that powers businesses, strengthens communities, supports national readiness, and keeps America moving.

Built for every stage

Experienced, training, or almost ready — you belong here.

Employers need to know what you can do, what credentials you have, what training you’re completing, and when you’ll be ready to work.

List your licenses, project history, specialties, rate expectations, references, and availability.

Apprentices and early-career workers

Better than a resume

Your profile helps employers understand your readiness.

A resume tells an employer where you worked. Your ProjectReady profile tells them whether you are ready for the job now or soon.

  • Trade or training path
  • Current experience level
  • Certifications completed and in progress
  • Expected graduation or completion date
  • Location, travel radius, and availability date
  • Desired compensation, per diem, and site-readiness
